I'm an experienced counselor/ therapist with knowledge of a wide variety of issues, problems and situations. I am excellent in communication, warm, relational, non-judgmental and direct.. I am considered to be a specialist in addictions. I have groups for individuals with Sexual and Substance Abuse Addictions. I have worked in all addiction treatment modalities and hold specific addiction credentials. I also have vast experience with depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, marital therapy, change of life issues, parenting, self-esteem, sexual addiction, gambling, and personality disorders.

I currently use a combination of cognitive/behavioral, client-centered, quality of life therapy, and relationship enhancement techniques. I like to look at each person individually to tailor treatment to their specific needs. The approach depends upon the issues you present and your goals.
